Database Admistrator

Oracle DBA, 10 years experience with relational database administration support. Provide strategic and technical recommendations in the areas of data definition, data modeling, data architecture, physical database design,data warehouse development, data warehouse development, data quality standards, meta data management and database standards. Collaborate with the team and business end users to design, develop, and implement database applications and automated data processes while ensuring effective and accurate implementation of data administration standards throughout the project lifecycle. Administer and maintain database(s) to ensure 24/7 database availability and performance. Responsibilities includes the following: troubleshooting, recovery / tuning of the database, software installation, resolving database errors and failures, auditing activities, and resource utilization. Develop and maintain stored procedures, user-defined functions, triggers, and other relevant database objects in the databases. Participate actively in data flow and quality improvement across all business units. Look for opportunities and contribute ideas that will guide the clients in leveraging their data assets to meet or exceed their business goals. Assist with development of IT and User Acceptance Test Plans. Support the testing of database applications and data feeds as per developed test procedures. Assist with establishing a framework for database application and automated data process development and control. Provide database support, training and assistance throughout project implementation, transition, and maintenance.

Product Managers

Application Product Management, experience writing product specifications in support of new products and existing product enhancements. Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and usability requirements. Develop a one to two year product road map and define short term product requirements in an Agile (Scrum) development environment. Drive a thorough analysis of the business requirements, drawn from a diverse set of stakeholders. Work collaboratively with developers to successfully implement and launch a new features and technologies.A B.S. / M.S. or equivalent. Advanced technical degree or MBA desired. 3+ years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience; have researched, defined and documented software requirements; 5+ years of work experience. Experience as a product manager in an Agile development environment. Ability to work in cross-functional teams; exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
